The 16 Employer Brand Attributes

The 16 Employer Brand Attributes Lets face it. People arent attracted to just money anymore. People want purpose, they want culture, they want to make friends, the way to innovate, they want to learn and all in all, they want to be themselves at work. Thats what your employer brand is all about. Your employer brand encompasses all those things that make you attractive as an employer. At Link Humans, we developed an employer brand measurement tool called the Employer Brand Index, because we know that the first place candidates go to assess their fit with a company is  online. After researching the online reputation of countless companies using our methodology and analyzing tens of thousands of data points on 30+ employer review sites, social media platforms, and online forums, we came to the conclusion that there are 16 key employer branding attributes your team should be assessing and monitoring to maintain a healthy employer brand. 1. Career Advancement This is the upward progression and career opportunities your company offers to your employees. An area we see issues with at larger conglomerates we work with. And according to Gallup,  87% of millennials say professional development or career growth opportunities are significant to them. 2. Learning Development How your organization develops your employees capabilities and skills.  Monster reports that if you invest 3.5% of your wage bill on training, you might achieve a 40% boost in competence. Thats an incredible ratio to consider. Not every employee is perfect from day one. Training matters. 3. Work/Life balance The balance between your employees work and life is key, especially for those with families, with passions and interests they want to pursue outside of work and more. Life isnt purely about your work. A healthy balance is crucial. 4. Job Satisfaction This is the fulfillment and satisfaction your employees get from their job. According to HBR, businesses with highly engaged and satisfied employees see 100% more job applications. Thats an easy one to digest. If people see happier and more engaged employees in places like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, then youre going to see more relevant applications. 5. Culture Values These are the values and behaviors your company possesses. Are you a company that acts with integrity? Is your culture based on teamwork? Would you consider your company to have a results-oriented culture? These are all aspects we find in the Employer Brand Index to see if what is being said externally about your culture, match the internal culture of your company. 6. Environment Having a great physical environment has numerous benefits. It can help boost productivity, collaboration, learning and more. And your environment is in many ways a representation of your culture. 7. Diversity Inclusion Is your company a place that fosters a diverse and inclusive environment?  Candidates want to be a part of a company with a multicultural team and a company that is accepting of their people no matter who they are. McKinsey reports that companies with a diverse executive board have a 95% higher return on equity than those with non-diverse boards. Do I need to say anymore? 8. Mission Purpose This is all about overall purpose, mission, and vision that comes with working at your company. Another report by  Gallup claims that  only 40% of millennial employees surveyed feel strongly connected to their company’s mission. This can be very detrimental to morale and will cause disengagement. 9. Remuneration SHRM report that 56% of employees believe being paid competitively with the local market is critical. So  If youre not paying your employees competitively, they will leave. Never disregard the impact of remuneration. 10. Benefits Perks Your company’s non-monetary perks and benefits. This could be: Health Medical Insurance Free or subsidized meals Paid time-off Sick leave Retirement plans And more. Its essential you understand what your employees want as benefits, rather than just throwing a bunch of perks at them. 11. CSR Your commitment to social and environmental responsibility is becoming more and more important to people. Nielsen says that a staggering 67% of employees regard business social and environmental responsibility as essential when choosing the right employer. 12. Team People: The people your employees work with are the people they are spending most of their days with. So its imperative these relationships are healthy. Potential candidates looking in from the outside will also want to learn more about the employees when assessing their fit with the company. 13. Management Organization: This is the managerial, leadership and organizational structure of your company. Fortune reports that  50% of employees leave their jobs if they have issues with their managers. Your managers can be the make or break for people. By assessing online commentary, on places like Glassdoor and Twitter, you can find out what employees truly think about your managers and make instant changes. 14. Company Reputation In this modern age of social networking, it is your job to be aware of your reputation on a continuous basis and be responsive to anything that may hurt your reputation. Reputation is everything. Its essential to your survival. If consumers trust you, then candidates will trust you. And vice versa. 15. Change Stability Businesses are always changing, whether thats hiring new people, conducting a reshuffle or acquiring new businesses. Within this process, your people get affected. Some common effects of change are: Fear Enthusiasm Anger Ambivalence Understanding their emotive response helps you get a picture of the effectiveness of these changes, and you tend to find your people communicating these issues online. 16.  Innovation Technology According to Randstad, 79% of graduates say working at an innovative company is important to them. If youre stuck in your old ways and unwilling to task risks, then you are hurting yourself. Potential candidates who value any of these attributes will be going on places like Twitter, Quora, Indeed, Instagram and many more to see if your company is owning all these attributes and matching their ambitions. If youre interested in finding out how your company scores in each of these attributes, check out the Employer Brand Index!

How Mike Tyson Helped Me Get a $20,000 Pay Rise

How Mike Tyson Helped Me Get a $20,000 Pay Rise You wouldn’t think throwing and dodging fists for world heavyweight titles would translate to exceptional negotiation skills. I mean, this is the same guy that has put these pearls of wisdom out into the world: I dont understand why people would want to get rid of pigeons. They dont bother no one. I just want to conquer people and their souls. Then again, you’re not here to read a bunch of Mike Tyson quotes, no matter how entertaining they may be. So, what is the one piece of advice that transformed my negotiation strategy? Everyone has a plan till they get punched in the mouth. Tyson’s life was full of twists and turns, but he seemed to always manage to come out on top. You don’t become the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world without planning for the punches. In my first 3 years in the professional workforce, I hadnt prepared. I was barely averaging a 3% raise. Anytime I brought up the idea of getting a bigger raise, I would tap out at the first hint of rejection. Even though I consider myself a confident person who can talk to anyone, as soon as I got into the office to talk about this, I would shut down. All of my insecurities would bubble up to the surface and it froze me. After failing a few times, I felt more and more disappointed and demotivated. I started to doubt everything. Am I in the right career? Shouldn’t I just feel lucky to have a job? They would give me a raise if I deserved itright? I learned the hard way that a company is not going to give you a raise just because you work hard, you have to fight for it. And in that fight, I needed to have a plan that anticipated the punches my boss would throw. I didn’t want to feel embarrassed leaving my boss’s office anymore after getting shut down for what I knew I deserved. So I started training. I went out and devoured any article or book that would help me roll with the punches. I put together a gameplan and prepared myself for anything that could come my way. I was confident that I could counter any argument. With this preparation in place, I was able to negotiate a $20,000 raise in one sitting. It was the best feeling I’ve had in my professional career. Not only did I succeed in the negotiation, that money changed my life. I could do things now that I couldn’t even think about before. I couldn’t believe that I had this inside of me the entire time. Now it’s your turn to get in the ring. It is time to learn exactly how to counter your employers punches during a salary negotiation and get that massive raise. 1) Theres no room in the budget this year This is the most popular way employers try to stop you in your tracks when you’re attempting to negotiate. There are some companies out there that have more rigid pay structures and an annual budget for increases in salary. Others just use it as an excuse to not have to deal with the compensation discussion. As a manager in a company that has a rigid pay structure and annual budget, Ill be the first to tell you that top performers find a way to block this jab.   The best way to shift the conversation from this initial negative answer is to focus on your value. Take a look at this dialogue for how to shift the focus back to what you bring to the table: I understand, I know that you have to contend with the budget and have a lot of things to consider. I also understand that for many employees that are just meeting expectations or are average performers that the budget would be fixed. But as a top performer, and due to the above average contribution that I am making for the success of the company, I want to make sure I’m fairly compensated.” There are two important points to take from that script. The first is that you’re showing empathy for the situation your boss is in. It is critical that you don’t put your boss on the defensive. The second point is that you are separating yourself from the other average performers in the organization; you bring more value and therefore deserve to be paid for it. 2) In this economy, the company is not doing as well as we expected There will always be fluctuations in the economy or how the company does year to year. Regardless, if youre a top performer this isnt an excuse. It comes right back to the value that you bring. This is where preparation is most important. Go to websites like Payscale.com and Glassdoor.com and gather data on what the market rate for your position is. The second step is to prepare a document that shows how well you are executing your jobs responsibilities, as well as the areas in which you are going above and beyond Then you are prepared to use this script: “I put together this document for you. In the first part, you will see how I’ve excelled in my general responsibilities. In the second part, you can see the extraordinary contributions Ive made that are outside of those responsibilities. Ive been doing some research on salary in my position, and the range is 50k-75k. Based on my performance and the exceptional contributions that Ive made, I am doing the work of someone that is at 70k, and that is where Id love to be.” Once again youve shifted the focus to your value. Youve also shown your boss that you came to play, which will make the request much harder to deny on the spot. This takes the conversation away from company performance and is focused on you and what you bring to the company. They dont want to lose a top performer to another company, and this type of preparation will make sure they take your request seriously. Do I sound like a broken record yet? Good! Value, value, value. That is the driver of the conversation. 3) Right now is not a good time, but maybe next year Being a manager most of my career, and going through these uncomfortable conversations on the other side, I can attest to how easy it would be to just put it off. Lets talk in 6 months. Next year we can dig into that once you do this, this and this. It is a way avoid the situation at hand and pass the buck to their future selves, Believe me, it will happen! So lets say you find yourself in this very situation. If you have followed the scripts above and your preparation is where it should be, the response is probably due to a unmovable constraint or they’re just really stubborn. The good news is that you can still salvage the situation. I understand the constraints youre dealing with, and I am still extremely excited to be working for and contributing to this company. How about this, if I do an extraordinary job in the next three months, can we revisit this conversation and talk about a compensation adjustment at that time? An important part of this script is that you show your commitment to the company. That will put the boss at ease and open them to the idea of your proposal, knowing you’re there to stay. Then you need to make sure you ask and define what it means to do an ‘extraordinary job’ together with your boss. You can do this in a few different ways: If I could hit a home run for you, how would you define that? How do I make you look like a star? For you to tell me Ive done an extraordinary job, what does that look like for you? Then, when youve understood what these expectations are, you can blow them out of the water so your discussion in three months is a surefire success. No matter what, that dialogue will set you up for promotions, raises and give you the leverage you need for any future negotiations. Now you can tape up, put the boxing gloves on and go toe-to-toe with anyone! It comes down to being prepared for anything that may come your way and this not only works in negotiations but in everything we do in life. Oh yeah, one more piece of advice: Whatever you do, don’t punch your boss. Find people who compensate for your weakness

Find people who compensate for your weakness The update on my company is that Ryan Healy and I are not talking to each other. Well, he is talking to me, but I am giving him the silent treatment. Still, I am confident that things are going well. First, because I am bad at the silent treatmentI have too much to say all the time. Second, there is very good research about what makes a good entrepreneur. And the answer is that there is no single personality, but rather it is the type of person who can see their weaknesses and get a partner to compensate for that. Ryan and I have done that with each other. And during my short stint of silence, I thought about how in fact, we are doing a lot of things right. Here are six things that entrepreneurs must do in order to have successful partnerships, and I think Ryan and I are doing them: 1. Make time for arguments because they are inevitable. You must consider this part of your job, in order to have constructive conflict. We fight like we are married. Which says a lot, since I am in the middle of a divorce and he has never had a girlfriend for more than fifteen seconds. So I call him from my kids soccer practice to tell him I am not calling him for a week. And I am the parent at soccer who is on my phone instead of cheering every good kick. This is my way of bringing diversity to Madison: if it were not for me, only men would do this at soccer. To be annoying, Ryan calls me at 5pm, which is death hour to all parents who have hungry kids who are a half-hour from food, and he says he cant manage cash flow because any question he has must wait 24 hours if it comes up at 2pm, which is when I stop working. I want to be like, Duh! If I stopped working at 2pm then I would not have any time to fight with you from the soccer field. But I stay quiet because I am trying to be a more reasonable person to work with. 2. Remind yourself why you picked that person. You probably still need him for that reason. I remember when Ryan and I were first thinking of going into business together. And we spent two months arguing over equity. There was the day I got so angry that I had to pull the car over to fight with him. And neither of us walked away from negotiations. Someone who really hates fighting would have called off the partnership right there. It was a sign that this is what our partnership would be, and we both signed on the dotted line. In that fight, Ryan was more mature than I was. I was definitely right on the business issue we were arguing about, but he handled himself better. He was very calm. And that only made me more hysterical. (I hesitate to use the word hysterical, by the way, because I know that it validates Ryans propensity to call all women he ever comes into contact with crazy but whatever. Now he and his friends can have a four-syllable word they can use for variety.) So, anyway, thats how it is now. I envy Ryans ability to be even-keeled. I am not an even-keeled person. 3. Give each other feedback on strengths and weaknesses. Im also going to tell you the worst thing he said. He has no idea that this even bothered me. So right now is the part in the paragraph where he will jump ahead, amazed that I didnt tell him something that was offensive. Because believe me, he hears about it every single time he is rude to me. So, anyway, it was a day when we both got dumped. We had each had about four dates with people from Madison, which is, in itself, a miracle, because we are both fish out of water here, and neither of us really expects to find a long-term relationship. But miracles happen. And we were both smitten. And then we were both dumped. Ryan is the great analyzer of our social lives because he thinks I am a social mutant and only know how to talk if CNN is interviewing me. So, he says that he was dumped because she was a college girl and didnt want the structured dating life that a recent grad wants. Then he tells me that I got dumped because I dont dress like a girl. You dont even try! he says, with his patented combination of exasperation and incredulity. Ive been around Ryan long enough to know what this means. He thinks I look like those moms who throw on designer jeans and a Calvin Klein T-shirt and think they have stepped up their game. And they have, for a going to a preschool play date. So I wore that and I thought I was dressing up, and Ryan thinks I look like Im in preschool-play-date mode. 4. Use the other persons expertise to improve yourself. Really, Ryan gave good information about my wardrobe because there have been many times that I have not dressed quite right for television appearances and people have been largely unimpressed. Also, I am good at taking criticism (lucky, since Ryan is good at dishing it out). So I implemented his recommendation to be girly in Austin, while everyone was Twittering at SXSW about how Mark Zuckerburgs interview sucked. I was down the street at Nordstrom buying accessories. (There is no Nordstrom in Madison. I plan all my shopping trips at the intersection of the Nordstrom store finder and my speaking engagement itineraries. And, by the way, the next time I use scientific data to choose where to live I will never move farther than 15 miles from a Nordstrom. Nordstrom customers have good taste and Nordstrom opens stores near their customers. ) 5. Be aware of generational differences, and dont assume youre above them. We know we are a shining example of the generational train wreck in corporate America. And its not for nothing that Ryan just wrote a post about how the biggest problem in work life for Gen Y is not the Baby boomers but Gen X. Sometimes we find ourselves laughing about what a stereotype we are. For example, Ryan always wants to collaborate and I want to be alone and answer emails. He wants to socialize with everyone at work, and I am all about picking up my kids at school. I asked him to fax something to a client, and he said, Fax? Do I look like Im forty years old? I dont even know how to use a fax. Cant they take a PDF? Ryan and I have parents who are roughly the same age, yet his parents call all the time because they think the company is so cool, and I dont even think my parents could tell you the name of my company. 6. Startups are difficult for everyone. So dont get hung up on hierarchy. Or anything else. I was going to tell Ryan today that his problem is that he doesnt manage up. I was going to say, Look at the sidebar on my blog. I write about managing up all the time. How about brown-nosing once in a while? But he would not take that criticism well. And anyway, hed tell me he managed up the only night maybe in my whole life that I was drunk: at TechCocktail in Chicago, which I promised I would blog about, so thank goodness Im getting it in now. Ryan took off my nametag in an attempt to gain some anonymity while I was totally drunk and probably inappropriate. For us, that qualifies as managing up, probably. But then again, that was the night he told me I am the most socially eccentric person he has ever met, and Ill never get a date. I told him that men like socially eccentric because in bed its not about being social, so theres just eccentric left, and men think that means a likely possibility of anal sex. Ryan was silent. He was driving. But I dont think he was silent because he was driving. I said, See. I told you Ill get dates.

Knowing Your Twitter Role - Entertainer Or Informant - Personal Branding Blog - Stand Out In Your Career

Knowing Your Twitter Role - Entertainer Or Informant - Personal Branding Blog - Stand Out In Your Career When you Google the term “twitter strategies”, it is to no one’s surprise that 74.9M search results appear. Truth be told, like many platforms, there are a multitude of strategies to be tried, but the key is finding the right mix for you and your goals. For this post I am going to concentrate on two types of twitter users: 1.) Those who ENTERTAIN musicians, athletes, celebrities, etc 2.) Those who INFORM â€" experts, trendsetters, field interested parties, many of you reading this blog post. There can be cross over and co-existence, but I am simplifying to focus on the differences between the fan bases. Entertainers For the Entertainer, as long as you engage your audience on a frequent basis, you have won half the battle. Your followers are there for an inside track from you as the person, and Twitter is the perfect medium to showcase your personality. Have fun with your posts and ask questions of your fans. The ultimate goal is to create an air of intimacy with your twitter feed, whether you have 100 or 100,000 followers. Take note of exclusive content. Concentrate on what you can provide that no one else can, whether behind the scenes photos from a photo shoot, insight into a pregame ritual, or a glimpse into your closet. Prove to them it is you behind your tweets and not just a talking head or marketing team. Authenticity wins in this game. Listen. Know your audience and what matters to them. When you do promotions, link together the platforms they use â€" whether Facebook, gaming systems, live events, favorite TV shows. Start the buzz on twitter and activate in several other social media channels at once. Your fan following will grow because they will learn that Twitter is the earliest information source. Informants For the Informant, insightful information sharing is what will get others to follow you and remember to stay on topic at least 80% of the time. It’s more valuable for you to mean something to a small focused audience than to try to be everything to everybody. If you want to bolster yourself as an expert in your field, or a first on the scene trendsetter, stay on point. Initially, your fan base may be smaller, but posting with consistency over time in your respected arena will lead to an incredibly loyal and responsive fan base. Interact with others in your field and on the cusp. Seek them out and compliment them on posts you enjoyed, or answer a question they asked. What their audience seeks out has a good chance of being similar to yours, and would equally enjoy following you if introduced. In addition, seek out those with large twitter followings to help in maximizing your efforts. Follow news sources that make sense, are specialized, and are of a wide variety of type. Switching up the types of material, and sources, you pull from gives a complete, and always fresh, perspective to what you re-tweet. In a way, you can become your own Huffington Post. My last tip applies for both Entertainers and Informants, something that I find both helpful and a time saver, is creation of a personalized major events schedule. Your schedule should include major events not only in in your area of interest, but also events that will garner lots of eyes in the twitter world â€" think Oscars, Super Bowl, Political Debate (although I recommend restraint here). Being mindful of major national and international events and how you tweet on them keeps you current. When many others are tweeting on the same subject and you tweet something compelling and insightful, you utilize an opportunity to attract a lot of followers that might not otherwise have found you. Whether a schedule, your own blueprint, or just having a general plan â€" your strategy will evolve over time. If one strategy doesn’t work for you, keep trying until you find tactics that work for you. 6 Mental Tricks to Pump Up Your Productivity

6 Mental Tricks to Pump Up Your Productivity Thanks to social media, mobile phones, apps and all the other distractions of modern technology, it’s a wonder anyone gets anything done these days! Although the Internet and related technologies have made it easier for people to communicate and access information, they’re also a huge obstacle to productivity and efficiency.Photo Credit â€" Pexels.comTo make matters worse, research shows that, once distracted, it takes the human brain an average of 23 minutes and 15 seconds to get back on track. Which isn’t good news as far as your job is concerned! If you’ve got a sneaking suspicion that you’re not quite as productive as you could be, this free time management test will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses.evalBut don’t worry; however easily distracted you are, if you’re determined and willing to put in some effort to improve your productivity, you can change! Here are some easy ways you can ‘trick yourself’ into pumping up your productivity:1. List itFor get everything you may have read about dumping your ‘to do’ list â€" lists have the power to transform your life from a disordered shambles into a powerhouse of activity! Set aside 15 to 20 minutes every night to create a list of priorities for the next day. That way, you’ll stay on track with your tasks and get a nice warm glow of accomplishment every time you tick off an item on your schedule. This is probably the oldest productivity hack in the book but it works very well.2. Switch off your phoneAccording to research, the average person spends two hours of their day on social media â€" that’s a whopping 5 years and 4 months out of their entire life! And if you keep your mobile phone or tablet on your desk or next to you in your bag, you’re just asking to be distracted. One ‘ping’ of a notifications can distract you from your work â€" and before you know it, you’re browsing on social media and have forgotten all about that looming deadline.Let’s face it, if you re duce your social media time, you’ll be a lot more productive. Switch off your devices If you’re putting off that difficult task, you can persuade yourself that you’re doing the right thing by getting on with smaller, easier wins. However, there’s a body of research that suggests that difficult tasks are best tackled early on in the day. Trying to tackle a difficult and challenging project when you’re tired hampers your productivity and can slow your progress down.Instead, schedule the most difficult and challenging tasks early in the day when you’re well-rested and fresh. This ensures your workload at the end of the day is light and easy, so you can get through it quickly without slowing down or feeling frustrated by the tasks before you. It makes sense!5. Time chunk your scheduleWorking on a big project can be exhausting and mentally taxing. However, if you break it down to small bite-sized pieces, you’ll have an easier time going through it. This is how ‘time-chunk ing’ works â€" you assign a certain amount of time on certain days for certain tasks. It’s up to you whether you time chunk into hours, days or even weeks. For example, you might set aside an hour each morning to answer emails, or maybe one day each week to focus on accounts work. Whatever works for you, works!6. Try the If all else fails and you still can’t get on top of your work, the (10+2)*5 productivity hack was created by American podcaster Merlin Mann specifically with procrastinators and the easily distracted in mind! How it works is that you schedule 10 minutes of work followed by 2 minutes of break. You work hard on one task for 10 minutes, then allow yourself 2 minutes to do whatever you want before moving onto the next task. This process is multiplied by 5 to fill in the hour. The idea is that this tricks your brain into focusing on work, because you’re allowing yourself guilt-free breaks, and what happens is that you eventually start to skip your break schedules an d work for longer periods of time. Does it work? Why not try it and see!As you can see, by switching off social media and having a think about how best to structure your time, anyone can become more productive and work efficiently. These hacks should help put your work back on track. And once you’re working productively, you’ll wonder how you ever lived in such chaos â€" honestly. Turn off your phone, start planning â€" and off you fly!

4 Tech-Centric Strategies to Drive Innovation and Focus

4 Tech-Centric Strategies to Drive Innovation and Focus Is your company actively encouraging innovation â€" or is innovation just a word that gets thrown around in meetings? A study conducted by Softchoice revealed that most employees are underwhelmed by the level of innovation in their business. While most companies claim to have innovation-focused processes in place, only 37 percent of employees surveyed strongly believe they work at an innovative business. So, how can business leaders use technology to cultivate an innovative environment to empower employees and drive their organization forward? I spoke with Erika Van Noort, senior director of strategic enablement at Softchoice, and pinpointed four technology-centric strategies businesses can use to move beyond the jargon and foster a genuine culture of innovation in their workplace. Build Enthusiasm for Technology at the Top: As management, the attitude you choose to take toward technology plays a significant role in how your employees perceive your business’ overall commitment to innovation. Softchoice’s study revealed, for instance, that employees who view their superiors as advocates of tech investments are four times likelier to feel their employer is innovative. By demonstrating an investment in tech, leaders implicitly communicate an interest in new ideas. Make IT Leaders Catalysts for Innovation: Too often, IT staffers and administrators are bogged down with help desk-related activities. These time-consuming tasks detract from IT’s ability to foster a climate of innovation. A mere 15 percent of employees say they have 20 or more hours a month to devote to innovation, and this number is likely even lower for overworked IT leaders. To mitigate this problem, companies should consider a major cloud migration. When businesses are significantly cloud-powered as opposed to on-premises, this relieves the burden on IT and allows tech experts to channel more time into building a companywide infrastructure that supports innovation. Implement Collaboration Technology: Effective collaboration is the fuel that powers innovation. Without programs and devices that enable employees to easily and effectively collaborate in real time, employees can quickly feel disconnected instead of inspired. Today’s collaboration applications offer a variety of features to encourage employees to work across departments, from task management to shared document generation to instant messaging. These apps are expected in many businesses, and 76 percent of employees feel their employer should make a bigger investment in technology that augments innovation. By implementing collaboration technology, businesses not only address employees’ evolving expectations, but they also support a more agile environment that will yield innovative ideas. Challenge the Status Quo Across the Organization: Too often, new employees feel as though they don’t have enough authority to share innovative ideas. Softchoice’s study found that only one-quarter of employees strongly feel that their company’s climate encourages them to challenge existing business norms. On top of that, 64% of employees don’t believe that valuable ideas can come from anywhere in the organization. Because a newcomer’s perspective is often the most valuable tool for fixing broken processes that seasoned employees may overlook, business leaders need to open the lines of communication throughout the organization. Encourage employees to submit new ideas through form applications or automated email surveys to encourage continuous input. These days, innovation is emerging as a key determinant of enterprise success. In the same way that companies prioritize metrics like employee retention and annual revenue, they’re starting to actively track innovation. By bringing technology to the forefront, enterprises can take a key step toward building a climate that encourages and empowers new ideas. For businesses, a commitment to technology is an investment in innovation.

Getting The Best Resume Writing Service To Work With You

Getting The Best Resume Writing Service To Work With YouMany jobs require skilled and experienced individuals, so hiring a resume writing service is an excellent way to get an excellent worker at a very reasonable price. Using an employment resume writer is extremely cost effective, as it only requires you to pay for one-time costs, and over the long run you will save money on hiring many other professional service providers. These professionals will likely work in your local area and will produce a well-crafted job application that effectively positions you for a top paying job. It doesn't matter what level of experience you have or how impressive you look in a resume: A resume writing service can position you for a job of your dreams. When it comes to choosing a resume writing service for your job search, it's important to ask the right questions. First, find out how much experience they have and whether they specialize in any specific industries. You may be able to get a referral o r recommendation, but you should also know how well they have researched for you. Once you have this information, you can choose a writer that is more qualified to do your job. Many resume writing services will charge by the hour, and this may be cheaper than hiring a professional service provider. There are many ways to save money with a resume writing service, including: seeking out your own local contractors, getting a local contractor to refer you to a company, or using a freelance service for your job search. The truth is that there are many resumes that aren't going to be sent anywhere.
